Ukuleles have 4 strings. The strings need to be tuned for the instrument to make beautiful sounds. Each string has a letter name and are usually tuned to the letter with an app or a piano. Sometimes it is hard to remember the letter names and the order they are in. G-C-E-A

Most people know about the letter names of music staff lines by using the sentence "Every Good Boy Does Fine," this helps people remember  E-G-B-D-F.
